canadian high school student needs help!!!!

im a canadian high school graduated student my uncle is in california
and i wanna go to usa for college
i chose the santa moinca college and paied my apllication fee but havent sent any required
documents over yet

they ask for bank letter, financial statment ,transcript,eassy,passport, general requirement sheet

do i need to keep a copy for the transcript , bank letter and financial statement in case the embassandor in toronto needs them if i go there for F1?

and im not so clear about the steps for completing my whole application thing

is there any chance i would get rejection letter from college because of my college admission essay?

i know once i have got acceptance letter and i-20 form what do i do next ?

do i still need to take tofle or any english test? since i was educated in high shcool for 4 years and score 86 in grade 12 english so does math over 80 and other grade 9 -11 english and math i have all my credits and diploma .

and any application guide ?

Toefl is only required for students coming from non-english speaking countries.

Your international student advisor should know exactly what you need to do to cross the border. Wait to get the acceptance letter first and they will inform you of what to do from there.
