Canadian in Bermuda: Hotelier

I have a fast decision to make about moving to Bermuda as a Hotelier.
What are the accomidations like (for hotel staff on property) and what type of salary is respectable for Assistant Front Office Managers?

Please send me any advice or details as posisble! Your help is appreciated. Thank you
