Canadian marrying US citizen in Canada, moving to US

Greetings. I am a Canadian (Winnipeg) citizen who will be marrying a US citizen in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, but I want to move to the US with him. I would appreciate any help I can recieve on this subject. My questions are as follows:

- Is it true that obtaining a marriage licence in Canada will cause the immigration process in the US to be delayed (I've heard anywhere from 2 years minumum to be approved)?

- Can we travel to the US after marriage and apply for the Spousal Visa while I'm staying there (I am staying for 5 months), and will this delay the process?

- Will I lose my Canadian citizenship (I would like to have dual citizenship)?

- Will I be able to continue visiting him while the Spousal Visa application process is being processed (meaning, can I return to Canada and visit him in the US through a Canadian passport)?
