Canadian Moving To The U.s. Please Help!

Alright so, i've been reading alot of stuff on the internet and i can't seem to find anything that will really help me.

Uhm well i fell in love with an American, and we met in october. i stayed there for about 3 months, then we came to canada for about 4 months. We both decided that it's probably easier to live in the states with him. So i need help getting there. I'm only 18 and i'm pretty much a drop out.. i didn't finish high school! I'm Aboriginal, and i've read about the Jay Treaty, but i'm not entirely sure they will accept me, even though i am over 50%. I wont be working at all, so i dont know what visa i need. My boyfriend will be supporting me, and over time we will be getting married. I really dont want to be going back and forth all the time, and me and my boyfriend don't want to be separated for months.. we hate it.

So i need some help here, i am willing to finish school, in the usa, but no in Canada. If i do need to finish school, i can probably try and do online homeschooling, if possible.

Please help, i'm really confused!
