Canadian new to Languedoc-Roussillon

I have just made the permanent move from Vancouver to Nimes and was thinking it might be nice to find out if there are other Canadians also living in the region permanently.

I'm also trying to get a feel for the job setting around here (PR, communications, travel media relations). Any tips anyone might have would be a huge help.

hello from Sète

Hello,
We moved from Winnipeg to Sète (south of Montpellier) in August. We will be staying here untill June 09. We are probably going to visit Nîmes next week with friends from Winnipeg who are coming to visit (I understand there is some kind of Antique festival)
We are a couple with one teen going to school here.
