Canadian Passport for a canadian born

If we travel or live abroad, we usually come back to visit right? Here's a the place to meet other "re-pats" and Canadians who have returned.

Hopefully you are in canada?

If you are and your child was born in canada and you have a canadian birthcertificate for your child this hopefully shouldn't be too difficult a process for you.

You can find more information on the passport Canada website:

http://www.ppt.gc.ca/index.aspx

Either pick up a form from your local passport office or download the form an fill out the necessary fields. As this would be a new passport your child may need a guaranteur. You'll have to look up the requirements for this as I believe they have recently changed.

Cheers.
