I have recently gone into business for myself, setting up a Canadain Ltd. company. One of my potential clients happens to be a large European firm who operates in most European countries. This company has a prefered supplier for external labor, and as such I would likely work through them.
I have a Canadian and a British Passport, and I reside in Canada. For the work I would travel, but continue to live in Canada and perform some of the work from Canada.
My question is what are the necessary items I need to set up in advance so that I can proceed with this opportunity. eg, do I need a legal entitiy in the UK, do I need an address in the UK, do I pay UK taxes, etc.
Thanks
