Hello,
I am a Pakistani citizen, and married to a born canadian citizen, with two kids who were both born in canada as well, and are canadian citizens.
Myself my wife and kids live in Pakistan, since I work for a reputable organization at a decent position with enough salary. Currently my wife is in canada since we are expecting another baby soon. I have never applied for canadian permanent recidency since living in canada had never been a choice for me. I have visited canada number of times before prior to getting married.
My question is: I want to travel to my wife and kids since she has only old parents taking care of her therefore during labor I wish to be there fore her, hence wish to obtain a Visitor`s visa for canada for only a month or so, but I have heard it is hard for a person who has been married to a canadian citizen to obtain a visitor`s visa for canada? is this true?
also would like to mention that we were not married in canada, so in canadian database my wife is still single and nowhere in records does my name appear, so I was thinking this may be a loop hole for me...please suggest.....your suggestions will be taken very seriously therefore please be honest in your opinions...Thanks
