Canadian wanting to return home.

I have been living in the United States for nine years on TN1 visa & I want to return home hopefully early spring. I have been filing taxes in the US and not in Canada. I did not know I should have filed taxes in Canada to. I have about 10,000 in investments in Canada and my permanent residence was always my moms, I have some money in the bank in the US, I am lost at what to do, what forms to fill out, what to do about my truck my horse trailer and motorcycle. Do I sell everything and start over. If someone can help I sure would appreciate it.
