You can't just get married, move there and get a job right way. That's illegal. And I don't think you'd get your son in to any schools unless he's got the proper documentation either.
Quickest route to get there may be the
K1 & K2 visa (fiancee and child), but then you have to wait a few months before you can get employment authorization to legally get a job, and you have to still apply to Adjust status to legal residency.
You could get married, and then file an I-130 for the immigrant spouse visa, which could take a year or more (processing times are very unpredictable lately) with that you have work authorization right away, and legal permanent residency status.
