Canadian wants to setup a US Business & US Bank Account

Hi all,

I couldn't find an answer to this one and decided to post.

I'm a canadian who does not plan on immigrating to the US, but I need to setup a US business with a tax id and a US business bank account.

I run an online business that needs to setup both to work with US suppliers.

What visas or permits do i need to do both?
