Oh, well, I actually don't remember what most of the food was called, and I probably would not be able to spell them. Smile But I do love borsch!
As for the part of Canada that is the most "hockeyious", well that is very debatable. I could say that the Atlantic Provinces are crazy about hockey and the other areas of Canada would probably disagree. Even the birthplace of hockey is still being argued (near Windsor, Nova Scotia). I would just have to say that the cities with NHL teams are most likely the craziest about the sport because it is there for them in such a big venue and a city like Montreal has such a history of hockey.
My point is that I cannot really say one place is more "hockeyious" then the other, because I might get attacked on here Very Happy lol.
Is hockey a popular sport over there?

No, unfortunately no. National sport of Poland is of course soccer Rolling Eyes We do have hockey league (extraleague and first league) but hockey is not so popular in many big cities. For example in Poznan, where I live, we don't even have professional arena nor pro team, that thing should change though - because, today, local authorities announced that they will build such arena Very Happy

I was thinking about coming to Canada to polish my hockey skills in some goal tending school Smile

Hello everyone,

Well, that would be it, the season has ended. We have found one Canadian, although not through this forum but rather by coincidence. He was vital addition to our team. Canadian style of playing was clearly visible and very effective.
We still will be looking for Canadians for future seasons so the offer is still valid. I also have some ideas where to look for Canucks Smile

Cheers Cool
