Hi Homer,
I'm not in Slovakia, but I am interested in gleaning some info about Prauge. Next summer I intend to spend about 3 days there and would love to get an idea of what people think are the top 5 thing places to see / experiences to have. My travelling partner and I are history and music buffs and would really enjoy seeing the cream of the crop in that area. Also if you have any tips as culture -- what should we certainly avoid doing or saying -- that sort of thing. or any tips on good, clean, and very reasonably priced hostels that would be great.
Sorry I can't be of a ton of help in any way, but Hi from Canada nonetheless.

Hi Homer,
I'm sorry, I'm not in Slovakia either! However I am interested in teaching English overseas and I'm thinking about trying to find a job in Slovakia if I can. Can you tell me any information about Slovakia and do you know how easy/hard it would be to find an ESL job there? If I end up in Bratislava I will most certainly go for a beer with you.

Hi Homer,

If you're still interested for going out for a beer or chatting to a fellow Canadian, then I'd be happy to. I'm 25, male, married to a Slovak.

get in touch if you'd like

Hi,

I am a 31 year old Canadian male living in Slovakia with my wife. My wife is originally from Slovakia - we spent 5 years living in Dubai UAE and have been here for about 6 months. I don't speak any Slovak and work outside the country in the Oil & Gas industry. Being a consultant, I have a lot of time off (6 months). It would be nice to meet some fellow Canadians.
