Candian visitor to USA wants to Lease car

Hi,

I am a canadain citizen.
On sites like leasetraders, i can get a sweet deal for 6 months.

Is it possible, while in usa on visitor (no real visa, they just let you through.),
i can lease a car (leasing comapny just requires an address), drive to canada, bring back to usa and return the car?

Are there any issues on USA side? would they have problems?
Would Canada boarder have problems?

Yep, many problems. First of all it's unlikely as a Canadian resident you could lease the vehicle anyway.

When you came back, you'd have to officially import it as you are a Canadian resident and you can't do it with a leased vehicle because you don't hold the title.

Plus you'd be subject to duty, GST and PST.

Plus, they won't let a Canadian citizen/resident cross the border with a US plated car.
