Canucks in Bahrain

Hello all,

I am considering making the move to Bahrain. My dad lives there now and I could use a break from these cold Canadian winters. Just wondering how easy it is to adjust to living over there (I live in Toronto now). And how easy it is to meet other Canadians (and other people in general).
I have been to Bahrain before so I sort of know what to expect, but then again I'm sure things are always different when you actually live there vs. vacationing.
If anyone could give me an idea of what to expect that would be great!

I don't think that you will have a problem adjusting in Bahrain. The weather will be very hot durind the summer with a high of 50 c, so try to limit your outdoor activities until evening. The malls are nice and full of activities and a giant water park (Indoor) will open soon in City Center Mall in July.
