Cellular-mobile phones in sweden

Greetings all!

I am looking for information on cell phones for Sweden. I have just arrived in Sweden, and cant use my canadian cell phone. I was wondering about pay as you go style phones or something along those lines. I asked about phones at a local distributor, and they told me I need a swedish number to get one.

Buy a cheap phone and get pay as you go (Comviq is the cheapest company and easy to access) Good luck!
