I have a French friend who has a purpose built apartment for sale right next to the Polygone in Montpellier. The apartment has secure parking beneath the block. The living room is 20.90 sq.m.; 3 bedrooms 10.53sq.m (with a dressing room of 5.76); 13.91sq.m; & 12.01sq.m. It is a modern purpose built block and the kitchen is 11.54sq.m. There is a hallway; a bathroom 3.57sq.m; a toilet 1.09sq.m. and another 1.17sq.m. The entrance hallway is 4.15sq.m. In total the apartment is 89,72 sq.m. There are patio doors but no balcony.

The asking price is 270,000 euros but this is negotiable.
