Certified Photocopy of my Cdn Passport

Hello out there,

I am applying to go to teachers college in New Zealand and Australia. I need a certified copy of my passport and am running into some difficulties. Our town clerk (who has always done this for my family in the past) said that she is no longer able to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions of where I can get this done. I just googled it and found a company that does it, but they charge $49.99 plus tax, which seems a little crazy for a signature (especially considering the town clerk always did it for free!!).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Find another clerk. Or a notary, or a legal.
