Hi there,
I am a dual Canadian/American Citizen. My husband and I have just moved to the US. He is on a one year TN visa. Now that we are in the US, I would like to begin the process of sponsoring him so that he can get a Green Card. I understand I have to complete an I-130, among other forms. My question - if we start this process now, when he has just arrived, would his TN status be in jeopardy - will he be able to continue to work on his TN status while the larger process is underway?
Many thanks,
bjtravelling
