Chartered Accountant - US Taxes

Post Mon Jan 26, 2009 9:12 pm

Can anyone recommend a good Chartered Accountant this is famiar with US Corporate and Personal Tax Implcations, under a Corp-Corp Arrangement. (i.e. US Corp hires Canadian Corp for consulting services). Canadian Corp consists of only single employee, and the majority of the consulting work is performed in the US, and US Corp pays Canadian Corp.

Thanks.

Originally from Toronto, I am a California based attorney and CPA who handles Canadian-US cross-border tax issues. I work with a really good CA in the Mississauga area. Please contact me for his information.

www.serbinski.com - but it's really not that difficult to do yourself, if you know how to do a T2 you can do the US paperwork as I explained in the other thread.
Steve.
