cheap flights during xmas in canada

Hello,

Can anyone give me a good tip on finding cheap tickets from BC to NB just before xmas? I also thought about flying through the us, but for canadian flights, can anyone help me out?

You could try using one of the online comparator sites to throw up the cheapest options. I use this one quite a bit and I usually find some good prices.

although be warned, as it gets nearer to Christmas the prices shoot up. I'm going back home to spend christmas with my family this year, normally I'd pay around £500. The best price I could get flying on the 21st is £750!

If you book before December hits, you may get a lower price, but the closer to Christmas you want to travel, the more expensive its going to be.

Check all the "cheap" airlines, like Air Canada Tango, Westjet, etc etc etc. Also, the day of the week that you travel will make a big difference. Tuesdays or Wednesdays are generally cheaper than Fridays.
