Cheapest Flight ANYWHERE in Europe?

I have been doing some searching and I plan on taking a trip NEXT august (money problems now) I still have to pay off my tuiton because i just graduated from college ANYWAYS. Ive been searching and I have found tickets for about 400$ CDN to England. Would it be cheaper to fly somewhere else? if so where?

Sometimes you can get flights to Amsterdam for cheap, and also some German cities like Dusseldorf or Frankfurt (Lots of charter flights).

I'm from Ottawa and after many trips across the pond to the Vienna, the UK etc, I've found that the cheapest flights are the direct ones from Toronto or Montreal to London. I did fly Czech air once -- very good -- but it was a ticket special, the prices usually much higher than British Airways or a member of Star Alliance.
