Choosing 1 Bank for >1 European Country

I just arrived in Italy and I need a bank account so I don't get killed by ATM fees. I will be traveling to Belgium, the Netherlands and England as well during my year-long study trip, and I would like to find a bank that operates in all of these countries to avoid opening and closing multiple accounts as I travel. Does anyone know of a bank that operates in any, some or all of these countries? Thanks.
