Communications between US Customs and Canada Customs

When I return to Canada from the US, does Canada Customs know when I entered the US? In other words, when I show my NEXUS Card at the US Border, is there a communcation with Canada Customs indicating that I crossed the border at a specific time?

Assume yes. And assume vice versa as well. Canada will tell CBP when you left US.

The answer is no.

Although if the Canadian Customs Officer thinks you have been gone for less time than you state they can inquire with the US.
