But sorry, another question for you....

Is this I-864 form something that will come up AFTER we file the I-130...?
(B/c so far I have not seen that listed as something we need WITH the I-130...or am I wrong about that...??)

Your spouse will have to fill in the I-864 affidavit of support so that you can take it with you to the interview. This gives you some time to get any back taxes done if you need to.

IRS might ask for that, but USCIS only wants three.

Either way, if he's been gone long enough and hasn't been filing taxes, he'll need to do 7 years worth :p
