Completing correctly application form 4 a Canadian passport?

Post Sun Apr 24, 2011 11:56 pm

Greetings:

My wife is applying for a new passport and she is now completing the Adult Simplified Renewal Passport Application. On page 2, under the Additional Personal Information, there is the letter B section, titled Occupation in the last TWO (2) years. Well, my wife has been a homemaker. This would go in the first column. However, should she complete the next four columns, namely address, daytime phone, field of employment/studies (especially this column), Date (From) and Date (To). My wife doesn’t want any delays in receiving her passport so any advice given is greatly appreciated. Please note that in the past, we did have a major delay receiving our passports due to a SNAFU at the Passport Office so this year we are not taking any chances.

C'mon. If she is homemeker or retired for past 2 years then just put the dates, there is nothing else to fill out.
