completing the online application form

my fiancée, who is in toronto, is trying to fill in the online application form vaf4. however, financial details disappear from the box in section 6 - sponsors current employ and finances - as soon as she clicks the NEXT button or saves the form. i have tried, using a vista pc with opera 9.51 and internet explorer 7.0, and i cannot fill in this box either.

has anyone else had this problem? we are aware that some details do not show on the review page. on the other hand, we expect all details to show in the box where we actually type in the data, so that we can correct it if necessary.

when i say vaf4, i actually mean the visa4uk web application.

I am having this problem right now. I think there's something wrong with the system because I have tried to go back and fill this question out on different days with no luck. My solution is to print out the form, write in the response, take it to the VAC office and send it off from there.

in the box, we filled in only the total and assumed that it would appear somewhere, even though we couldn't see anything, then pressed the button to submit the online application.

we printed the online form. on the paper copy, we wrote summary data in the space and referred to the bank statements attached.

the paper copy, signed and dated, must be sent to the british high commission together with all supporting documentation, which we are doing through the vac. all of our various bits of supporting documentation more than filled a box file.
