contract working in canada for uk company

I want to apply for a small contract (highly skilled labour sector) in the uk in which i would be working from canada, as a independent contractor, but billing the uk organization for my work.

where do i start?

If you are working from canada, and you are a Cdn citizen, you need nothing special from UK or canada.

really? so i would just invoice the organization in pounds sterling and file taxes here in canada...great, thanks
