Wow, maybe the dogs are just saying "nope, you can't bring that in here because I'm not allowed to eat it, so if I can't have it nobody can!"

Things are tough now. I always doublecheck my bags before entering. Its not worth the hassle.

Importing food products in your personal luggage has never been that wise of an idea. It's just the ridiculous way USCIS go about the whole situation that blows my mind.
