Declaration forms when moving to the States

Hi Everyone,

I am flying to the US next week and at the same applying for the TN Visa. I have all the application documents ready.

I am only bringing one luggage with clothing and some books. What specific declaration document shall I use to list down the personal items I am bringing with me in the US?

If it is downloadable where could I find it?

You use the same one you always do when travelling into the US, you get it at the gate when you check in at ticketing.
