Dependant Children Visa Questions

My husband an I are moving to the UK. We both have right of abode.
We have two small children. Can the children acompany us without any form of visa? Will Canadian passports be adequate?

We have one older child. He will be 18 at the time of the move. Will he still qualify as a dependant if he lives with us? Will he need his own visa (Ancestry Visa)? If so he will have little or no work experience or money . What would be the best approch in this situation?
