Hi, I was told by an immigration fellow at a border crossing that a child of 21 ys of ag (as long as it is before their 22 b-day) can come in under the parents TN visa. ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE? Also how do you know if an immigration Lawyer knows his/her stuff? Thanks
