Do i need a physical/medical to gain entry?

Hi, I am applying for a UK Marriage Visa and i wanted to know if anyone here could tell me if i require a physical/medical before can gain entry into the UK? I am 27 year old male, in good physical shape, but i just wanted to know if it is required for everyone to have a physical/medical before entry to granted.
