Do i need to get sponsored to move to france?

Postby Hockeybabe » Tue Oct 12, 2004 9:57 pm

Hi there,

I am 16 years old and i am in my last year of highschool. After highschool i plan on moving to france since i speak french. I was wondering the opinion of others; do you thin that i should move after i take part in collage/university? And also, do i need to get sponsored. If so how would i go apon getting sponsored?
thanks

one way to get sponsored is to find an employer in France that is willing to sponsor you. If you speak fluent english, i suggest becoming a english teaching assistant.

There are also volunteer programs that can set you up there for a set time. ex. Au Pair
My cousin did this and had a good experience.
check out

My advice, would be set yourself up with something solid, before you leave. (Unless you have an unlimited source of income or something!)
