My father was born in Wales and immigrated to Canada. He never became a Canadian citizen though. He immigrated when he was about 6 I think. His parents were both born and raised in Wales, so if I can't get it through my father can I get it through them? So do I qualify? And does anyone know of a site that could point me in the direction of obtaining dual citizenship?

You could probably apply for a UK ancestry visa, the details are on this website:

Good luck !
