Do my children need a Visa?

Hi there. My husband and I are planning to move to California from Canada and it appears that the best route is a Visa for skilled workers. We have two children, 6 and 3 years old. What is the process for immigrating them as well? Do they require visas?

The path is first finding a job, in the field in which you werre educated in. Once you find job, you will apply for a TN or H1-B, and your children/spouse will get TD or H4 status.

You can't move without first finding a job.
