You have all the rights of anyone else with UK citizenship . you can move and work there (or anywhere else in EU) tomorrow or 50 years form now.

Sorry. I forgot to add that I have Spanish citizenship (EU member). Does that change things? So I have dual (Canadian (born) and Spanish-through parents). Are there restrictions? (eg. can only stay 6 months?)

So in essence...my fiance is also an EU national and has a job lined up in London. I could easily move with her and look for work sans any problem or time limit.
Why would you not be allowe dto do something that she is allowed? You are both EU citizens.
