Don't have the original offer letter, would it be okay?

I've applied for TN visa a few times and every time it went fine. This time because I am out of country in Taiwan, my company can't sent the original offer letter to me in time, though I do still have the scanned version and the contract.

So I was wondering what's my chance of getting TN? I have all other needed original documentation as before.

People have been denied their TN Visa and told to return with the original. It's not worth trying.
