Hi all,
I am a dual citizen of Canada and the the United States. I was born in Canada, but have lived in the U.S. for 23 of my 24 years of life. I know very little about what my rights are in Canada.
.Let me tell you a little more to narrow the field.
My fiance and I are lightly toying with the idea of moving to Canada. If this happens and we get married will he end up with dual citizenship? Also, if I visit Canada and something happens health care wise will I be provided with care under the universal health care system?
.And a little off topic, can anyone tell me what the demand for teachers is there, if the salary is comparable to the U.S. and what I would have to do as a teacher here to become a teacher there?
.I know that's a lot of questions in one post, but really don't know much about how things work in Canada. I am the only Canadian citizen in my family and haven't been there since I was one.
Thank you for all of your help in advance.
