dublin isn't in the uk!

Post Mon Jun 29, 2009 4:17 am

can someone amend the canuckabroad travel guide for the uk, which contains glaring errors? neither dublin nor the blarney stone are in the uk; also, devon, cornwall, exeter and southampton are all places that are not in scotland, while scotland's biggest airports, edinburgh and glasgow, which feature on http://www.canadianaffair.ca as having direct flights from toronto, have been omitted completely!

Comprised of four different individual countries ' Northern Ireland, Scotland, England, and Wales ' the U.K. has a rich history and artifacts to explore. From Big Ben in London, to the Blarney Stone in Ireland, Stonehenge in England, Dublin and Edinburgh, you can uncover the years of growth and progress on your own.

Flights to the Uk / How to Get There

The most common way to arrive in the UK is through London's Heathrow Airport, but it's not the only airport. Other potential airports include:
England: Gatwick, London City, Luton, Stansed, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, and many others.
Wales: Cardiff, Swansea - Scotland: Aberdeen, Dundee, Devon/Cornwall, Exeter, Southampton

Yeah there were some issues with that. It's temporary until the 'real' guide gets written. It's tough keeping track of every country in the world ;)

Thanks for pointing it out, been fixed.
