http://travel.state.gov/law/family_issu ... h_593.htmlAssuming this was done, you will need a copy of your FS-240 (U.S. consular report of birth) in order to obtain a US Social Security number, passport, etc. This form is your proof of US citizenship.
You will need to apply for a Social Security number in order to work here. A Canadian SIN will not get you anywhere in the US.
