Bilingual School of Paris

Post Mon Oct 25, 2010 12:42 pm

Hi,

We have been looking for a truly bilingual school in Paris. We have found the Bilingual International School of Paris. The school is truly bilingual, children spend half of their time immersed in English and the other half immersed in French with a bilingual native speaker in each class, like this the children don't get frustated or obliged to speak in the "class language", but the teacher will always answer them in their "class language".

They as well have drama incorporated to their program which greatly helps the children speach to develop.

You can discover more about the school and their philosophy on bilingualschoolparis.com

Hi Clara,

There's a nice bilingual school in the 15th. It's the Bilingual international School of Paris.

Check it out:

I worked at the school Le Petit Cours on rue Ordener. I don't recommend it to anyone! The post saying it's a nice school is posted by the school itself. They hire unqualified people to teach English, so parents pay 800 euros a month to have some people try to learn how to teach their kids. Very bad quality, not to mention dirty and small.

I also worked at Le Petit Cour on rue Ordener. I completly agree with the previous review. The administration does not respect the teachers it hires. Most teachers are not even qualified to teach children. The kids do not receive an appropriate education. They are supposed to get computer training but with old computers that always break down, this is not the case. Teachers come and go in this school which means the children do not have a regular teacher for the whole year. I definitely DO NOT recommend this school.
