Hello, I am applying for an EEA family permit. Both my husband and I live in Canada now, but we wanted to take a year and move to the UK to live and work. I am currently writing up my visa application for EEA family permit, but they want a UK address. Why do they expect me to have an address? We plan on staying with friends for the first couple of weeks while we are settling in and apartment hunting. I am curious to know if this will effect our chances of getting my EEA family permit visa. We have been married for two years, living together in canada. I was going to applying for
working holiday visa, but because he has an italian passport (he has duel citizenship canadian and italian) I am able to apply for EEA permit. But the application is written in such a way that they expect that the person I'm joining lives in the UK already, but we both live in canada.
Please someone help!
