Electrical/Communication/Computer Engineer recongnized 4TN?

Post Wed Oct 24, 2007 6:06 pm

I see Engineer is a job tile in the NAFTA list while I see a TN job is almost always "computer analyst" in reality. Just wonder if Electrical/Communication/Computer/Control/Sales Engineer qualify for a TN status?

Job titles are meaningless: if you perform the duties of a sales engineer, then the position qualifies as a TN profession. (Engineer).

When you're creating your Application Letter, you will show how the duties qualify for the NAFTA Occupation - and then stating the official NAFTA Occupation in the letter will provide the necessary correlation.
