Hello,
Would someone tell me if the employment letter needs to have "Per NAFTA section ..... John Doe is meets the definition of ----- and is qualifed type of terminology.
This sounds like what a lawyer would write but wasnt sure if the letter i'll be drafting for my employer needs to have such terminology.
