Employment VISA

Postby sloo » Sun Sep 02, 2007 1:54 am

Hi there. I am a Canadian citizen. My fiance is a green card holder. We decided to get married soon in the coming year and I am planning to relocate to the US this year.

I am not qualified to apply TN visa because I do not have special skill listed on the TN requirement although I have a bachelor degree in Economics. Is there any other VISA I can apply?

I have almost 10 years client service experience in publication, medical and research industries at middle management level. Does it qualifly any VISA application?

I am searching for jobs now. I believe I have to answer YES whether sponsorships is required. Does it reduce a chance to get a job? Could I just ask the employer to write me a letter (if they hire) and I will proceed the rest?

Please Help!

cheers!

not sure what your options would be actually. Check the TNVisaExpert website, they may have some help for you.
