Enter US after charged in Canada

well he is not been charged .. Crown has denied the charges and nothing has gone in his record , but one thing i would like to ask that he was arrested , will that arrest shows in CPIC when he goes to US .. nothing has been charged .. Got a Apology letter from Cops for wrong arrest . Wat are the chances of that arrest in CPIC ??

Why not simply do a public information request with RCMP and get the CPIC record?
