Does anyone know, if my father was French, and became a Canadian citizen under the age of 21, if I can become a French citizen as well??

Contact the french embassy/consulate in Ottawa.

I am becoming a Dutch citizen through that very situation.

did he renounce his citizenship when he became Canadian? i know at one point there were a few countries that you had to aply for citizenship before the age of 18. There should be some good sites to answer that..try google.
