More information needed. How long ago did it expire? Have you been living/working (illegally?) after it expired?

If you have been living in the USA for more than 6 months after the L1B expired (whether working or not) you are barred from returning to the USA for 3-10 years. You can talk to an attorney but I'm not sure there are a lot of options.

If it has been less than 6 months there is no automatic bar but it is still possible they will give you a hard time.
