My parents run a motel business in US and I am an Engineer with Master's Degree in Engineering in Toronto. I want to move to US and stay with them. Hotel Manager job title is on the NAFTA list. I used to help my parents with managing their motel when I visited them, but that's all the experience I have with hotel manager.

Can I apply for TN-1 Visas? I am really confused and want to desperately move and stay with my parents.

How exactly are your parents in the US legally? If they're US citizens or permanent residents they can sponsor you for permanent residency.
